LOTR SKULL OF A CAVE TROLL STATUE (NET) (C: 1-1-2)
LOTR SKULL OF A CAVE TROLL STATUE (NET) (C: 1-1-2)
From Weta Workshop. Its heavy brow and enlarged nasal cavities indicate a creature built for brute force and raw power, while the dentition suggests a diet capable of handling both meat and tough vegetation. This skull is crucial for understanding the formidable physiology of Middle-earth's monstrous denizens. Part of the "Miniature Skulls: A Curation of Middle-earth" collection, each artifact offers a detailed glimpse into Middle-earth anatomy. Made primarily from polystone with a polyurethane jaw, this skull stands approximately 8.5 inches tall and is based on a Cave Troll from The Lord of the Rings. It features an obsidian-like stand, evoking the feel of an artifact straight out of Saruman's study, and was sculpted by Weta Workshop Senior Sculptor and Middle-earth veteran Jamie Beswarick-a key figure in designing the Cave Troll for the films.
