Shipping policy
All orders of stock in hand, are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order processing may take longer than normal during high order volume.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-Order product will be shipped out when it arrives. You will get an email indicating that your product has arrived and when it will be sent to you. Please check Diamond and EE for shipping dates
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change the selected carrier when circumstances demand.. This will not impact the rate paid in most cases.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order by the estimated late shipping date or within 12 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through our Contact Us form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please notify us of the problem via email at our contact us page within 24 hours of receipt. If we need you to return the item, we will reimburse you for basic ground shipping.
Items returned without authorization will incur a 30% restocking fee, deducted from the value of the refund.
Returns must be received at our office with 10 business days of original delivery date. We will refund you, credit your account, or ship a replacement item at our discretion.
